ZAVIE LEVINE

Co-founder of the firm. Admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 1971. Practice includes all facets of civil and commercial litigation, such as employer-employee relations, shareholder and other corporate disputes, estate-related issues and Immigration law.

Me Levine has appeared before civil courts of first instance, the appellate level and before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Me Levine has lectured to various audiences, including continuing legal education conferences, on issues relating to Employment Law.

 

SAMUEL J. FRISHMAN

Co-founder of the firm. Admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 1980. Practice is primarily focused on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing and real estate.

Me Frishman is a member and past Chairman of the Board of the Just For Kids Foundation and past President of the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital.

 

ALAIN LANCRY

Admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 1989. Me Lancry joined our firm in 1992 and became a partner approximately twenty (20) years ago. Me Lancry has over twenty years of experience in the fields of civil and matrimonial law, having pleaded many cases. Furthermore, Me Lancry is an accredited Member of the Collaborative Law Process in the Province of Québec, was President of the Québec Bar Association’s Committee of Oral Debates for numerous years and was a lecturer at McGill University in civil law for over ten years.

 

 

MARISSA FRISHMAN

Admitted to the Bar of the Province of Québec in 2006, focusing her practice on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on Employment Law. Me Frishman became a partner in 2017 and has appeared before civil courts of first instance and at the appellate level.

Me Frishman is a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the "Just For Kids" Foundation and member of the Board of Directors of the Lord Reading Law Society. Me Frishman is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital.

 

GABRIEL IBGHY

Graduate of the Law Faculty of the University of Montréal, Me Gabriel Ibghy joined the firm in 2014 when he was admitted to the Québec Bar.

Me Ibghy works closely with the firm's lawyers and his practice is focused primarily on labour, real estate, construction, family and commercial litigation, as well as on several other areas of law. His practice covers all aspects of litigation, consultation and representation before various courts. Dynamic and determined, he develops strong relationships with clients and strives to provide them with effective and practical legal advice.
